Constitutional Court Rejects TEŠ Referendum Initiative

Ljubljana, 19 November - The Constitutional Court has rejected the claim by an initiative seeking a referendum on the new generator project at the TEŠ coal-fired power plant that the dismissal of their signatures as invalid was unconstitutional.
