Higher Court Confirms Sentence against MP Cheating at Exam
Ljubljana, 23 November - The Ljubljana Higher Court confirmed on Friday the sentence against coalition Democrats (SDS) deputy Branko Marinič over cheating at a university exam. Marinič said he would appeal again and use all legal means to prove his innocence. The SDS expects him to resign as MP.
