Parties Divided on Sell-Off of NLB

Ljubljana, 29 November - Parliamentary parties have divergent views on Finance Minister Janez Šušterič's proposal that the state should sell its stake in Slovenia's largest bank, NLB. While the coalition Democrats (SDS) and Citizens' List (DL) do not oppose the sale, the opposition Social Democrats (SD) believe this would cost Slovenia its financial sovereignty.
