Public Sector Unions Launch Referendum Proceedings Over Austerity Budget

Ljubljana, 12 December - Representatives of public sector trade unions filed more than 13,000 signatures on Wednesday to start referendum proceedings against the 2013 and 2014 budgets which cut funding for wages in the sector by 5%. The unions now expect an invitation to talks.
