Report: Maribor Mayor Plagiarised College Thesis
Ljubljana, 14 December - The outgoing Maribor Mayor Franc Kangler seems to be the latest in a series of Slovenian politicians embroiled in plagiarism scandals. According to the daily Dnevnik, Kangler copied almost entire articles from a journal on local government in his college thesis.
