Housing Fund Buys 154 Flats for EUR 11M

Ljubljana, 19 December - The state-run Housing Fund, which announced in May it was ready to spend EUR 40m on buying up empty flats, said on Wednesday it had bought as part of its last call for offers 154 flats worth a total of EUR 11m, managing to reduce their prices by between 20 and 30%. A call for applications for people wishing to rent them is planned for February.
