Coalition Welcomes Constitutional Court's Decision, Opposition Unhappy

Ljubljana, 19 December - Most coalition parties welcomed the Constitutional Court's decision that referenda on the bad bank and sovereign holding would have caused unconstitutional consequences. The opposition Social Democrats (SD) on the other hand said the court changed its position completely in comparison to last year, while Positive Slovenia (PS) expressed surprise.
