Delo Likens Constitutional Court Justification to Political Declaration

Ljubljana, 20 December - The daily Delo questions on Thursday the Constitutional Court ban on referenda against the bad bank and sovereign state holding, saying that the justification put forward by the court looks more like a political declaration than something rooted in constitutional law.
