Minister: Extra University Funding to Prevent Brain Drain
Ljubljana, 26 December - The extra EUR 16m allocated for higher education and science through amendments to the budgets for 2013 and 2014 is designed to prevent the brain drain, Minister Žiga Turk said on Wednesday in response to a question posed by university chancellors.
