Ljubljana, 27 December - Commenting on the composition of the Constitutional Court, the daily Dnevnik says on Thursday that while it was true that "leftist" judges prevailed in 1990s, the balance was shifted towards the right after 2004 when the Democrats (SDS) came to power.
