No Vote on Recapitalisation at NLB AGM

Ljubljana, 29 December - The shareholders of Slovenia's largest bank NLB did not vote on a EUR 375m recapitalisation for the bank on Saturday. As was expected, the management and the supervisory board took the item off the agenda after the government announced it would buy another 22% in the bank and decided a new recapitalisation was not yet needed.
