State to Buy KBC Stake in NLB for EUR 2.77M
Ljubljana, 28 December - The state will buy the 22% stake in Slovenia's largest bank, NLB, from KBC, the Finance Ministry and the Belgian financial group confirmed on Friday. The price per share for the deal has been set at EUR 1, valuing the transaction at EUR 2.77m.
