Minister Thinks Constitutional Court Not to Suspend Holding Act

Brussels, 22 January - Finance Minister Janez Šušteršič, who is in Brussels for a meeting of EU finance ministers, responded Tuesday to a request for a constitutional review of the holding act. He said he doubted that the court would suspend the implementation of the act, as it already highlighted its urgency when deciding on a referendum initiative.
