Health Purse Could End Year EUR 100M in the Red

Ljubljana, 22 January - The Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS) ended last year in the black by putting off the payment of EUR 63.8m to January 2013. ZZZS head Samo Fakin is calling for systemic measures to stabilize the health purse manager's finances or else it will face EUR 80-100m in loss at the end of 2013.
