EU Court Rejects Suspension of Elan Repayment
Luxembourg/Ljubljana, 28 January - The General Court of the EU (EGC) has rejected Slovenia's request for sports equipment maker Elan to be granted a suspension of the repayment of EUR 10m which the company received in a 2008 capital injection but which the Commission qualified as state aid. The company was supposed to repay the money a week ago.
