Dnevnik: Bank Bailout Plan Torn Apart by EU, ECB, IMF

Ljubljana, 29 January - Representatives of the European Commission, the European Central Bank (ECB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) doubt the effectiveness of the Slovenian bad bank, according to a preliminary opinion on the legislative framework for the management of non-performing loans that the daily Dnevnik has obtained.
