Prosecution Objects Appointment Supervision by Ministry

Ljubljana, 18 February - The prosecution prevented on Monday a supervision by the Interior Ministry into the appointment of Boštjan Škrlec as prosecution director general, which the government annulled in May. State Prosecutor General Zvonko Fišer said the planned supervision was illegal, while the government says it needs to check the indications of corruption.
