Delo: Prosecution Must Be Independent Regardless of Ministry

Ljubljana, 19 February - The daily Delo comments on Tuesday on an unofficial report that the Constitutional Court has ruled that the government's transfer of the prosecution to the Interior Ministry was not contrary to the Constitution as long as it remains an independent institution. But the paper calls for cautiousness.
