EU Budget Saw No Major Changes since 1980s, Economist Warns
Ljubljana, 20 February - The budget of the EU has not changed in terms of contents since the end of the 1980s; even the negotiations for the 2014-2020 period brought no changes, which is not good, economist Mojmir Mrak told a seminar organised by the Economics Faculty in Ljubljana on Wednesday.
