Mercator Secures Deferral on Principal Repayment

Ljubljana, 27 February - Retailer Mercator has signed a pre-negotiation agreement with 38 banks which grants it a moratorium on the repayment of all outstanding principal due before 30 June. In the meantime, the company plans to conduct talks with creditors on rejigging the long-term financing structure.
