MPs Feel Tougher Rules for Officials Need to Respect Presumption of Innocence
Ljubljana, 6 March - The majority of parties voiced reservations on Wednesday about some of the provisions in a proposed package of laws introducing higher standards for public office holders. The first reading of the bills showed MPs are mostly concerned about potentially violating the right to the presumption of innocence.
