KBC Formally Offloads Stake in NLB

Ljubljana, 12 March - Belgium's KBC bank formally exited ownership of Slovenia's largest bank NLB as the sale of its 22% stake to Slovenia was finalised on Monday, according to KBC. The deal was made public on 28 December 2012, but it required the approval of the Competition Protection Office to be finalised.
