Ljubljana, 21 March - There is no more doubt that the eurozone leaders' decision to confiscate part of the savings of Cypriots was a mistake, but the problem was that Cypriot authorities chose to levy drastic taxes on small deposits rather than going for the Russian oligarchs and other wealthy people, the daily Delo says in Thursday's commentary.
