Ljubljana, 15 April - Agriculture and Environment Minister Dejan Židan responded on Monday to the recent scandal involving pork in a Slovenian-produced beef salami by arguing that safety monitoring would be stepped up to preserve the high standard of safety that food produced in Slovenia is known for.
