Sava Reduces Share Capital by Two Thirds

Bled, 30 April - The shareholders of conglomerate Sava confirmed at a general meeting in Bled on Tuesday a reduction of share capital from EUR 83.8m to EUR 25.4m to adapt the conglomerate to its reduced scope of operations. The meeting, at which 74.67% of the capital was present, also backed a move of the company's seat from Kranj to Ljubljana.
