Higher Court to Decide on Merkur Verdict

Ljubljana, 8 May - The Ljubljana Higher Court will hear on Wednesday the appeals against the guilty verdicts of former hardware retailer Merkur CEO Bine Kordež and his board, who were convicted of defrauding Merkur of EUR 9m in the wake of the 2007 MBO.
