NLB Recapitalisation Proposed at EUR 36.75 per Share

Ljubljana, 10 May - Slovenia's largest bank NLB will issue 9,992,213 shares at EUR 36.75 apiece in a bid to increase EUR 367m in fresh capital. This follows from a proposal for the 11 June shareholders' meeting submitted by state-run funds SOD and KAD.
