MPs Expected to Cap Borrowing, Ban Referenda on Fiscal Policy

Ljubljana, 24 May - The National Assembly is expected to make two major changes to the Constitution on Friday, as decisions are scheduled on the golden fiscal rule capping state borrowing as well as well as on tighter referendum rules, notably with respect to fiscal policy.
