Ljubljana, 24 May - Former construction boss Hilda Tovšak, who has caused outrage by escaping from custody last week after a surprise release, surrendered to the police on Friday. The 62-year-old, who has dabbled both in politics and in business, has faced charges of corruption and fraud which will now bring her behind bars.
