Ljubljana, 24 May - Justice Minister Senko Pličanič indicated on Friday that the mistake which enabled the release of convicted construction boss Hilda Tovšak from detention had probably occurred with the prosecution, although he stressed that he had not yet examined the review of proceedings at the prosecution in detail.
