Ljubljana, 28 May - Please note that the courts scrutinised in the report presented by Supreme Supreme Court President Branko Masleša were the Maribor and Ljubljana district courts and not the higher courts, which carried out the review. Also, Tovšak was not released from custody on 17 February but on 17 May.
