Bratušek Says Mercator Not Sold by Govt
Ljubljana, 17 June - The government is not the one selling retailer Mercator, this was done in 2005 by the then PM Janez Janša, Prime Minister Alenka Bratušek said on Monday in response to criticism from the coalition Social Democrats (SD) to Friday's deal on the sale of a 53% stake in Mercator by a consortium of sellers to Croatia's Agrokor.
