Former Mercator Management without Discharge of Liability for 2012
Ljubljana, 18 June - Shareholders of Mercator on Tuesday failed to grant discharge of liability to the former chairman and two other members of his management board for 2012, while granting discharge of liability to the current management headed by Toni Balažič for the same year.
