Balažič Feels Acquisition by Agrokor Can Make Mercator Better

Maribor, 22 June - The CEO of retailer Mercator Toni Balažič downplayed in Saturday's interview for the daily Večer concerns that Mercator and Slovenian suppliers would be weakened because of the sale of the company to Croatian rival Agrokor, although he did express his belief that some layoffs will be necessary at Mercator.
