Watchdog Reprimands Zavarovalnica Triglav over Insider Info
Ljubljana, 22 August - The Securities Market Agency (ATVP) has issued a reprimand to insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav for revealing in April the proposed dividend payment before the shareholders were properly informed, which the watchdog believes constitutes insider information and a violation of the financial instruments market act.
