European Human Rights Court Agrees Ljubljana Prison Overcrowded
Ljubljana/Strasbourg, 28 August - The European Court of Human Rights has ruled in favour of some of the inmates of the Ljubljana prison who have sued Slovenia for violation of human rights and six have already been paid damages ranging between EUR 6,000 and EUR 8,000, the State Attorney's Office confirmed on Wednesday.
