Ljubljana, 19 September - The April 2011 decision of the Competition Protection Agency (AVK) to ban beverage group Laško from disposing its shares in Mercator, which effectively prevented the sale of the retailer by a consortium to Croatia's Agrokor that year, is being investigated by police, POP TV reported on Thursday.
