Experts: Local Govt Strategy Must Come before Overhaul

Ljubljana, 23 September - Slovenia first needs a strategy for the development of local government and only then it should start an overhaul, experts agreed on Monday at a panel debate on the halving of the number of municipalities proposed by Interior Minister Gregor Virant. Experts called for a prudent case-by-case approach.
