Pensioners Say Real Estate Tax May Be Unconstitutional
Ljubljana, 1 October - The Slovenian Pensioners' Association (ZDUS) said on Tuesday that the planned real estate tax required a precise simulation and calculation of how it would affect the people's social conditions. It moreover said that judging by the leaked provisions, the tax may even be unconstitutional in that is is not just.
