Arhar Does Not See Need to Rush with Bail-in Rules

Ljubljana, 28 October - The head of the Slovenian Bank Association and former central bank governor France Arhar said Monday that he did not understand why the government was in such a rush to pass changes to the banking act, whose main goal is to involve holders of hybrid debt instruments in the salvaging of banks. He stressed the need to preserve trust.
