New Insolvency Legislation to Help Companies Avert Bankruptcy

Ljubljana, 30 October - The government adopted on Wednesday new insolvency legislation in a bid to help distressed companies reduce their debt burdens before the need arises to formally declare insolvency. The move was welcomed by the central bank and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS).
