Struggling Večer Facing Aggressive Dividend Grab by Delo

Maribor, 4 November - The shareholders of publisher Večer, which is 80%-owned by rival Delo, will decide on Monday on the distribution of slightly over EUR 0.5m in accumulated profit. Delo has announced that almost all will go for dividends, which has sparked protests at Večer.
