Court Halts Statutory Changes at Luka Koper

Koper, 6 November - The Koper District Court has stayed the changes to the Luka Koper articles of association adopted recently by the port operator's new supervisors. The fate of the changes, which include greater powers for the supervisory board, will be clear once the court decides on a challenge by the Association of Small Shareholders.
