Luka Koper Gets Five New Supervisors, Chairman's Fate Unclear

Koper, 7 October - The shareholders of Luka Koper backed on Monday the proposal of the state-run SOD fund to appoint five new supervisors at the port operator following the contentious appointment of Gašpar Gašpar Mišič as CEO. The Koper municipality got to keep its representative, although she helped appoint the former state secretary.
