Večer: Bond Issue Correct if Expensive Move

Maribor, 18 November - Večer expresses support for the surprise issue of a EUR 1.5bn government bond last week, noting that markets are exceptionally sensitive to signals and this was a positive signal amidst a flood of negative ones emanating from the country.
