Higher Court Orders Retrial in Balkan Warrior Case

Ljubljana, 29 November - The Ljubljana Higher Court has annulled the acquittals in the high-profile Balkan Warrior drug trial and ordered a retrial. The alleged mastermind of the Slovenian drug cartel, Dragan Tošić, will thus stand trial again along with 12 co-defendants, Tošić's counsel Luka Zajc told the STA on Friday.
