Minority Demands Mention in Carinthian Constitution

Klagenfurt, 3 December - The National Council of Carinthian Slovenians (NSKS), one of the main organisations of the Slovenian minority in Austria, addressed on Tuesday letters to the provincial government and the emerging federal coalition, demanding inclusion in the new provincial constitution and a reform of the law on ethnic communities.
