Retroactive Tax on Executive Pay Annulled
Ljubljana, 17 December - The Constitutional Court has annulled a 2009 law that imposed an extra 49% tax on executive pay over a ceiling amount in the part imposing the tax retroactively. The law slapped the tax on EUR 1m bonus paid to NLB chairman Marjan Kramar upon retirement from the office in February 2009.
