Strasbourg Court to Decide on LB Savers Issue in 2014

Ljubljana, 27 December - A decision in a landmark case against Slovenia is expected at the European Court of Human Rights in the coming year, as the court's Grand Chamber is examining an application by three Bosnian citizens regarding Yugoslav-era bank deposits that was decided in their favour at the first instance in late 2012. Slovenia expects a favourable ruling.
