Small Shareholders Take Central Bank to Administrative Court

Ljubljana, 3 January - The VZMD Association of Small Shareholders has filed lawsuits at the Ljubljana Administrative Court against Banka Slovenije over the recent erasure of junior bank bonds at three banks, arguing on Friday that the central bank does not even allow those affected to access the bail-in documents.
